Coach York is fond of saying that "the season never ends when you win a National Championship." This whole week will be chock full of personal opportunities to celebrate:
-Tomorrow, the team will be honored at Game 4 of the Bruins-Canadiens series. (A game that I really, really can't wait for, by the way - after the huge emotional high of Saturday night (and a substantial high on Sunday night at the B's) I feel like a junkie searching for a hockey fix.)
-The national championship gear should also show up at the BC bookstore at some point tomorrow.
-On Wednesday or Thursday, I expect the national championship gear I ordered from USCHO right after the game to show up.
-On Friday, I get paid, and I will use the opportunity to raid the bookstore for any last items that I haven't already purchased (I greatly fancy the big banner they were selling on USCHO for $30).
-Hopefully, the DVD goes up for sale some time soon, so I can buy that and have it to enjoy forever.
-Soon, the team will be honored at the White House.
My pictures from the Conte rally will be up in the morning.
